Job Overview
The Fitness Instructor provides wellness experience for guests and residents at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well‑organized fitness environment.
Location
Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, Shura Island, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the fitness center.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are clean, properly maintained, and available.
- Assist guests with equipment guidance and safety standards.
- Promote wellness services and support the Spa & Wellness team.
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence within the fitness facility.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in fitness, physical education, sports science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a fitness center, gym, spa, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safe exercise practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist guests with basic equipment usage and facility orientation.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude while engaging with guests.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards is an advantage.
