We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and manpower.
- Coordinate all subcontractors and ensure work progresses as planned.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, and project progress.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports with site photos.
- Ensure site safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising interior fit-out projects for:
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- Retail shops
- Hospitality projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in Qatar is highly preferred.
