About Us
RP Design Studio & General Contracting (RPD) is a growing design & build company specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and government fit-out projects. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team and oversee project execution from site mobilization through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day fit-out works on site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the internal design team.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
- Resolve technical issues and RFIs in coordination with the office team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Participate in client, consultant, and coordination meetings.
- Prepare snag lists and oversee project close-out and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
- A valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and fit-out sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and consultants.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
