We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to join our team for interior fit-out projects in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings and BOQs.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Ensure project quality, progress, and timely completion.
- Review variations, progress claims, and payments.
- Manage the project from mobilization through final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects for:
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- Retail shops
- Hospitality projects
- Strong knowledge of fit-out drawings, BOQs, project planning, and site coordination.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Previous experience in Qatar is highly preferred.
