Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end luxury villa projects.
- Manage all aspects of fit out processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction and fit out process.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Completed 3 years as a site engineer, and 5 years of experience as project engineer with a focus on high-end luxury villas and fit out.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering luxury villa projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Candidates with experience working on projects in main compounds in Dubai, such as: Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village, and Dubai Hills.
