Job Title: Fit-Out & Joinery Workshop Supervisor / Operator – Dubai
Location: Dubai (Factory-based)
Employment Type: Full-time
We are hiring a hands-on Joinery Workshop Supervisor / Operator to manage daily factory operations for joinery, glass, and aluminum works.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and supervise joinery workshop activities (cutting, assembly, finishing)
Handle production of doors, cabinets, wardrobes, and custom furniture
Manage carpenters, fabricators, and helpers
Ensure quality and timely production output
Coordinate with site team for material dispatch
Requirements:
2–3 years UAE/GCC experience in joinery workshop (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in factory/workshop operations
Good knowledge of joinery materials and processes
Ability to read basic drawings
Important:
This is a factory-based, hands-on role (not site / not engineer)
Only candidates with joinery workshop experience will be considered
