Fit-Out Estimator Jobs in Dubai at Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting L.L.C
We are looking for a skilled Fit-Out Estimator with extensive UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting tender submissions for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents for fit-out projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings (architectural & interior)
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines
- Review project variations and prepare cost impact analysis
- Maintain cost database and historical pricing records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out execution methods
- Proficiency in estimation and quantity take-off tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of UAE market rates and suppliers
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-end commercial, retail, F&B, or hospitality fit-out projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings
- Knowledge of procurement and subcontracting processes
