The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will work closely with other departments to coordinate projects, manage schedules, and assist with various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team by handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels and coordinating purchasing when necessary.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences for staff and management, coordinating calendars and event logistics.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents, both electronically and physically.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Database Management: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems for projects, employee information, or office tasks.
Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows efficiently between teams.
HR Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
Customer Service: Handle customer and client interactions as needed, ensuring professionalism and prompt service.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
