Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Draftsman with 04-07 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing detailed fit-out shop drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring drawings comply with project specifications, design intent, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and construction details.
- Develop detailed production and fabrication drawings for custom furniture, joinery, and interior finishes.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and project managers to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and client requirements.
- Support the project team with drawing coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4 – 07 years of proven experience as a Fit-Out Draftsman in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of detailed fit-out shop drawings and construction detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery details, ceiling systems, flooring, wall finishes, and furniture detailing.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Experience working on commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects is preferred.
