URGENT HIRING: Fish Chef (Men – Arab Nationality)
Position: Fish Chef
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Fish Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong expertise in preparing, grilling, frying, and cooking a wide variety of fish and seafood dishes.
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic fish recipes, traditional sauces, marinades, and accompanying side dishes.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure, especially during peak operating hours.
- Professional attitude, good communication skills, and respectful behavior.
- Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and committed to following company policies and kitchen operating procedures.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and support overall kitchen operations.
Selection Process:
The shortlisted candidate will be required to complete a 3-day practical trade test to assess cooking skills, speed, quality, hygiene practices, and overall performance before final selection.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week
- Salary: AED 3,000–4,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
