Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Fire Safety, HSE & NEBOSH Trainer to deliver accredited health, safety, and fire safety training programs across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong presentation capabilities, and the credentials necessary to deliver both fundamental safety courses and high-level international certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Fire Safety, HSE, and NEBOSH qualification courses through classroom, virtual, and practical on-site training sessions across Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct courses such as NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), NEBOSH Awarding Qualifications, Fire Warden, Fire Marshal, Basic Fire Safety, First Aid, and general HSE programs.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical demonstrations, mock assessments, and course evaluation materials.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant international standards, NEBOSH Learning Partner requirements, Saudi Civil Defense guidelines, and local regulatory bodies.
- Evaluate delegate performance, grade assignments, and provide structured, constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, candidate rosters, attendance logs, and formal training reports.
- Support internal quality assurance (IQA), audits, accreditation inspections, and training center operational reviews.
- Stay current with Saudi Arabian safety regulations, international health and safety legislation, and adult learning methodologies.
Qualifications & RequirementsNEBOSH Tutor Eligibility (Mandatory for NEBOSH Delivery)
- High-Level HSE Qualification: NEBOSH International/National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Level 6), or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Safety Engineering or Risk Management.
- Professional Membership: CMIOSH (Chartered Member of IOSH) or GradIOSH status (or equivalent recognized international body).
- Teaching Qualification: Train the Trainer (TTT) certificate, Level 3/4 Award in Education and Training (AET/PTLLS), or equivalent adult teaching credential.
- NEBOSH Approval Status: Currently approved by NEBOSH as a Tutor/Lead Tutor OR meeting all official criteria to undergo immediate nomination by SaveFast.
General HSE & Training Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: Additional active credentials (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Highfield, AHA, or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of practical health and safety field experience, along with a proven track record in professional training delivery.
- Location: Must be based in or available to travel for in-person training delivery within Saudi Arabia.
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written English required; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage for KSA delivery.
- Tech Skills: Proficient with MS Office suite and virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS).
