We are looking for a highly motivated, well-connected Sales Executive who can bring immediate value through an existing network of travel agents and corporate clients with interest in Ras Al Khaimah. Key Responsibilities
Immediate Revenue Generation
Leverage your existing list of active travel agents and corporate clients to secure immediate bookings and corporate agreements, focusing on clients with interest in Ras Al Khaimah’s booming tourism and hospitality market.
Work aggressively to build and expand KAY Homes’ presence among corporate clients, tour operators, relocation companies, and other key segments, ensuring rapid and sustainable revenue growth.
Market Development & Networking
Use your knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality sector to actively seek new corporate accounts, local partnerships, and travel agent deals that can bring business to KAY Homes immediately.
Establish strong relationships within the UAE’s hospitality and business sectors, positioning KAY Homes as a go-to property for both short-term stays and long-term corporate housing.
Coordination with Marketing
Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns that are supported by targeted digital marketing, social media, and influencer promotions, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion.
Suggest seasonal promotions, packages, and offers based on market demand and competitor analysis.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Maintain an organized and transparent sales pipeline, tracking leads, deals, and conversions.
Provide weekly reports to management, summarizing performance, key wins, challenges, and new opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
Existing Network & Market Experience
Candidates must have a ready, active list of travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators who are already doing business in Ras Al Khaimah or have strong interest in entering the RAK market.
Experience in bringing business directly to Ras Al Khaimah properties is a must — we are not looking for general hotel sales experience without a focus on RAK.
Proven Hospitality Sales Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of direct sales experience in the UAE hospitality industry, preferably with holiday homes, hotel apartments, or luxury properties.
Demonstrated success in securing corporate contracts, travel agent partnerships, and long-term stays.
Results-Oriented & Entrepreneurial Mindset
A sales hunter mentality — someone who thrives on closing deals, meeting targets, and actively creating opportunities without waiting for leads to come in.
Ability to think creatively and suggest new revenue streams, including corporate relocation packages, VIP offers, and seasonal deals.
Market Knowledge & Relationship Building
Deep understanding of Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism market, upcoming projects, and corporate landscape.
Ability to build relationships across tourism authorities, corporate decision-makers, and travel industry partners.
Digital Awareness & Marketing Collaboration
Experience working with marketing teams to ensure sales strategies align with digital campaigns, influencer promotions, and social media content.
Understands how strong online presence directly supports sales outcomes.
Flexibility & Ownership
