Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Fighting Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of fire fighting systems (sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and suppression systems)
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
Conduct testing and commissioning of systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and Civil Defense requirements
Prepare daily progress reports and documentation
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
8-10 years of relevant experience in fire fighting systems (UAE experience preferred)
Knowledge of NFPA standards and Civil Defense regulations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
UAE driving license
Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
