Senior Manager – Commercial and Performance – Qatar!
As a Senior Manager Commercial and Performance, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all procurement requirements for the department by developing robust procurement and contract management arrangements to comply with internal and external requirements. You will manage strategic planning and execution of catering services to ensure profitability, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction in line with financial and operational goals, in compliance with the company’s mission and vision.
What are we looking for in our ideal candidate for the role?
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Catering Management Team and must have the following:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
10+ years of administrative experience managing a senior management office.
Airline catering or similar large-scale catering background required on a regional/country or global scale
Procurement, finance, or contracts related experience.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management to ensure the financial health of the catering operations.
Strong organizational skills to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Ability to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand services and enter new markets.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and compliance standards, particularly in health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Familiarity with relevant technology and software, such as inventory management systems, CRM systems, and catering management tools.
