Position: fintech partnership
10-12 years experience of which at least 8 years in techno-functional roles managing programs focused on platforms used by Compliance, Risk, Finance, and HR functions within financial services.
Proven track record
of managing fintech partnerships, including scouting, negotiating, and operationalizing collaborations (is an added advantage). Comprehensive understanding of Enablement & Control services (Customer Screening, Transaction Screening & monitoring, ALM, ACM, IFRS9, regulatory reporting, among others) and the broader financial services landscape.
Deep understanding of current digital technologies in the Regtech space. Thorough knowledge of various architecture patterns with experience in driving end-to-end implementation. Proficient in designing & overseeing the integration of various systems aligned to business objectives and defined architecture principles. Ability to identify and evaluate
innovative
technologies that can drive business growth and improve operational efficiencies. Experience in assessing consumer demands and identifying business trends.
Experience in leading
cross-functional teams
for POCs, pilots, and full-scale implementations. Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for integrating fintech solutions into Risk and Compliance operations. Creative thinker and problem solver, able to distill complex problems down to actionable items. Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the executive management level. Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in
collaboration
