Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Finishing Painter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, painting, finishing, and touch-up works for retail, kiosk, exhibition, and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning, and priming.
- Apply paint, lacquer, PU, enamel, and other finishing materials.
- Carry out spray painting and hand painting as required.
- Achieve smooth, clean, and consistent finishes.
- Perform touch-ups and rectify painting defects.
- Work on MDF, wood, metal, gypsum, and other surfaces.
- Match colors and maintain required finishing standards.
- Read and follow project drawings and specifications.
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, and site teams to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finishing Painter.
- Experience in joinery, retail fit-out, kiosks, exhibitions, or signage is preferred.
- Good knowledge of different paints, primers, coatings, and finishing techniques.
- Experience with spray-painting equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to achieve high-quality finishing with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE experience is preferred.
