Position: FINISHING ENGINEER
We are seeking a skilled Finishing Engineer to oversee and manage all interior and exterior finishing works on-site, ensuring they meet quality standards, project timelines, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities (plaster, painting, tiling, gypsum, joinery, etc.).
Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and approved materials.
Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finishing works within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and finishing standards.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
