ob Title: Site Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid UAE driving license to oversee and manage construction and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site construction and installation activities.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Ensure proper coordination between design, fabrication, and execution teams.
Monitor site progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at the site.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the workforce.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit updates to management.
Travel between project sites as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or a related field.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management.
Ability to read and understand technical and architectural drawings.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Willing to work on-site and travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
