Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
· Issue and re-issue airline tickets
· Handle passenger inquiries and resolve booking issues efficiently
· Provide guidance and assistance with tourist visa applications
· Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum of 2 years of Ticketing Agent experience.
· Proven experience in GDS systems (Galileo & Amadeus) is essential.
· Proven experience in Ninthware Portal is essential.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Candidate should be available for immediate joining.
Candidates without much experience in GDS & Ninthware systems should not apply.
