Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations with confidence.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and drinks with precision, ensuring proper etiquette and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold fine dining standards, including dress code, table setting, and service rituals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
