As a Senior Consultant in Regulatory Strategy, you will develop expertise in:
Open banking and digital banking regulations
Supervision of credit rating agencies and credit ratings
Regulations on licensing, pas sporting, and equivalence
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Capital adequacy requirements
Payment systems
Branch office requirements and virtual banking
Regulations for Fin Tech, Reg Tech, and AI technologies
Containment of systemic risk and contagion
Professional services review and refinement
Regulations concerning Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), including privacy laws, asset treatment, tax, and trusts
Reporting and penalties for regulatory breaches
Market exit strategies and resolution
Engagement with regulators and international standard-setting bodies
Consumer education and protection schemes
Financial group regulation
User consultation processes
Regulated activities and stress testing

Qualifications
Over 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Advanced degree in the area of specialization
Willingness to travel 80-100%
Business development experience and confidence in engaging with CxO and VP levels
Experience in process improvement and Human Capital Transformation
Skills in Organization Design, Talent Management, or HR Transformation
Experience managing large, complex projects in consulting or enterprise IT
Knowledge of Liquidity Risk, Stress Modelling, IFRS9, Basel II and III
