Hays have partnered with a Holding Group who are looking for a Group FP&A Manager to join their team in Dammam.
The Financial Planning Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. This role will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the company achieves its financial objectives through effective planning and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Develop long-term financial plans aligned with business strategy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow trends.
- Provide financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor operating budgets.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Improve financial planning processes, reporting tools, and forecasting accuracy.
- Support management with effective financial presentations
- Support management with decision-making through financial payback analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare consolidated Financial Statements.
- Lead and mentor members of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA is an advantage.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or FP&A.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is key.
- Financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and financial planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
