As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at ZMI, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, providing insights for decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve cost efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CA/CPA/ACA is preferred).
Solid 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a preference for Oil and Gas industry exposure.
Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong understanding of industry-specific financial metrics and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
