Job Summary
Seeking a skilled financial manager to lead the financial function of the company and establish scalable financial systems that support growth. This role encompasses comprehensive responsibility for financial planning, oversight, compliance, cash flow management, and providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports, and monitor actual performance against forecasts.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity during growth phases.
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle (bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly and annual closings).
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations in the Kingdom, including VAT (15%), zakat, and submissions to the tax authority and customs.
- Manage relationships with government entities, banks, and external auditors.
- Develop pricing models and profitability analysis for SaaS products and analyze key metrics such as recurring revenue, margins, and customer acquisition costs.
- Build internal control systems and financial policies, and develop reporting tools.
- Support procurement and contracting processes from the financial side (financing, banking guarantees, payment terms).
- Manage payroll, entitlements, and contributions to social insurance (GOSI) in compliance with labor regulations.
