Financial Manager Required (Odoo Experience)
A leading company in (industry/company activity) is seeking to hire a highly qualified Financial Manager with strong experience in Odoo ERP to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company.
- Manage, operate, and optimize the financial modules in Odoo (Accounting & Finance).
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow and ensure continuous liquidity availability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Arrange loans, credit facilities, and financing solutions, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Proven hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage banking relationships.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
