Job Overview
Monopixel LLC is seeking an experienced and innovative Financial IT Manager to lead and support the technology systems that drive our financial operations. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in financial systems, IT infrastructure, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Financial IT Manager will oversee financial software systems, support digital transformation initiatives, ensure data integrity, and enhance the efficiency and security of finance-related technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial systems, ERP platforms, and related IT infrastructure.
- Support the integration, optimization, and performance of financial software applications.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve systems, workflows, and reporting processes.
- Monitor system security, data accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
- Lead troubleshooting, system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
- Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze system requirements and recommend technology solutions aligned with business needs.
- Oversee vendor coordination and support services related to financial technology platforms.
- Prepare documentation, system reports, and technical recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial systems management, IT administration, or fintech-related roles.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, financial software, databases, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, internal controls, and data governance.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
