Job Responsibilities:
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
Coordinate with internal and external auditors in the period review / annual audit
Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
Perform key account reconciliations with the ERP
Ensure financial integrity and control
Collaborate with other finance department managers to support achievement of overall departmental objectives
Respond to ad-hoc queries and assignments of Group CFO and CFO
Demonstrate compassionatecommunication skillswhile providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”

Job Functions:
Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
Adhere to all policies, plans, and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
Complete mandatoryeducationas per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
Maintainup-to-dateknowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management, anddocument managementsystems.

Ability to work under stress conditions and to successfully handle stressful situations efficiently and effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Language:
Excellent command of oral and written English
