What This Role Is About
Our client is looking for a Financial Business Partner, based in Riyadh, to provide strategic financial insights and support business decision-making across the organisation.
This role will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance, support planning and forecasting activities, and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
You will also play a key role in strengthening financial processes, improving business visibility, and acting as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across the organisation.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 8+ years of finance experience, with strong experience in financial business partnering
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, and business performance management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
