Financial Analyst – FMCG Background Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Black Pearl
We are currently supporting a well-established organization in hiring an FP&A professional for its regional finance team. The position is based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, and will support business operations across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
Please note that candidates must be willing to work from the Jebel Ali location. For employees residing in other parts of Dubai, the company provides transportation through designated pick-up and drop-off points across the city.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling projections across multiple markets
• Consolidating market submissions and validating headcount, operating expenditure and capital expenditure assumptions
• Preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior-year results
• Developing financial models for scenario planning and business decisions
• Tracking KPIs such as sales volumes, operating margins, cost per case, warehousing and distribution costs, and working capital
• Preparing quarterly business review packs and leadership dashboards
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities and conducting root-cause analysis
• Reconciling financial information across ERP systems, consolidation tools and internal trackers
• Supporting reporting automation and dashboard improvements using Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools
• Partnering closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams to connect operational performance with financial results
• Supporting business cases, pricing reviews and cost-optimization initiatives
