Consolidated reporting

  • Aggregate multi-currency market data into a group P&L
  • Eliminate intercompany transactions (IFRS)
  • Prepare monthly P&L packs and WBR materials

Strategy & budgeting

  • Support capital allocation decisions and M&A screening
  • Consolidate budgets and rolling forecasts across markets
  • Track OPEX/headcount limits and efficiency initiatives

What we're looking for

Hard skills:

  • 2+ years in financial analysis or FP&A
  • Strong financial modelling: DCF, NPV, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning
  • Consolidation fundamentals: FX translation, intercompany eliminations, IFRS basics
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI / Tableau is a plus
  • Strategic frameworks: TAM/SAM/SOM, Porter's Five Forces, capital allocation
  • ERP experience (1C, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (working language of the group)Fintech / payments background is a strong plus

Soft skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Analytical mindset — patterns, insights, clear conclusions
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proactive: spots problems and brings solutions before being asked
  • Can translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance audiences
  • Cross-cultural fluency — used to working across markets and time zones

Why join us

We're a global fintech group operating across multiple markets in payments and financial services. This role sits at the centre of our Group FP&A function — with direct exposure to the Head of FP&A HQ, regional GMs, and the strategy team. If you want to own meaningful analysis and have your models shape real decisions, this is the place.
