Job Summary:
You will be part of our cutting-edge Pipe Support Systems division in Dubai, delivering world-class engineered support under the Diamond Walraven brand.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial performance reports, including Gross Profit, Gross Margin, Net Profit, administrative costs, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
- Perform detailed cost analysis, including activity-based costing, labour overheads, material costs, employee benefits, freight expenses, outsourcing costs, overtime, vehicle rentals, and other operational expenditures, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting and shared cost allocations across GCC and international group entities, including reconciliations, agreement validation, mark-ups, departmental allocations, invoicing, provisions, collections, transfers, and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead financial accounting activities related to prepaid expenses, payroll recharge invoices, invoice cancellations, asset capitalization, depreciation, freight provisions, forex revaluation, GL management, and cost centre allocations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain periodic financial reports and schedules, including Capex reporting, insurance and rent schedules, export expense tracking, open PO monitoring, workforce cost reporting, and entity-level financial analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities through accurate preparation of provisions, reversals, reconciliations, financial statements, and maintenance of complete audit-ready documentation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate PO tracking, GRN validation, expense verification, financial controls, and reporting integrity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial records, insurance policies, intercompany transactions, and supporting schedules to ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and effective financial governance.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requirements, and business improvement initiatives as required by management
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA, CA Inter, or CMA Inter qualification with relevant internship/articleship experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or financial reporting within manufacturing, construction materials, or similar industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
- Experience managing intercompany accounting, cost allocations, and month-end closing processes.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP (FI/CO modules preferred) and financial reporting systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting; strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, strong process discipline, and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
