We are supporting a well-established international organisation in the search for an experienced International Finance Specialist to oversee the financial management, reporting and compliance of its international operations.
Reporting directly to the Chairman, this is a hands-on position combining financial control, regulatory compliance, management reporting and commercial finance.
Key responsibilities include
- Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring cash flow, profitability and financial performance
- Overseeing UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and statutory compliance
- Coordinating audits and liaising with external advisers
- Strengthening financial controls, systems and reporting processes
- Supporting international growth and expansion
- Presenting financial insights to the Chairman and senior management
- Using automation, AI and digital tools to improve finance operations
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong UAE tax knowledge and experience supporting multiple entities or international operations.
A combination of UK and UAE experience would be highly advantageous. Experience within banking, legal, professional services, education or another regulated environment would also be beneficial.
Salary: 12-18k AED plus standard benefits
