Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate patient care based on the needs and services they require.
Confirm information on care orders and provide a correct explanation to the patient of each of the treatments and services required.
Carefully and confidentially review patient data.
Confirm with the patient the details of the care provided (appointment date, specialist, costs).
Minimize patient waiting time.
Confirmation of appointments for the day.
Follow up with patients who did not attend the previous day.
Conduct satisfaction surveys on new and continuing patients to measure quality of care.
Provide appointments through the digital media
Job Experience
Minimum experience of 01 year in Call Center area
Excellent communication and spelling.
Closing strategies.
Constant proactivity.
Teamwork and under pressure.
Knowledge and handling of office (demonstrated).
