What Youll Do
Prepares financial planning, forecasting, and internal monthly statements.
Tracks KPIs, conducts in-depth analysis, and suggests areas for improvement.
Provides reports and analysis to support decision-making in AO and SBUs.
Monitors cost developments and conducts variance analysis.
Ensures compliance with financial reporting guidelines and governance standards.
Promotes financial controlling (CO) knowledge across the organization.
Drives continuous improvement in CO concepts, processes, and tools.
Manages financial controlling tasks for capital investments and MFO projects.
Leads the team in recruiting, onboarding, and development, fostering agility and digitalization.
What makes you a good fit
Strong background in finance, accounting, and controlling.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in financial tools, reporting, and ERP systems.
SAP experience is a must.
Fluent in Arabic (Arabic speaker is a must).
Experience working in a plant environment.
