We are looking for a creative and experienced Head Chef ( RUSSIAN SPEKING- priority)
to lead our kitchen, develop innovative healthy recipes, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine a healthy, creative, and balanced menu and beautiful sugar free DESSERTS
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes
Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and suppliers
Stay updated on healthy food trends and implement new ideas
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a healthy or fine-dining concept, pastry
Strong knowledge of healthy ingredients, dietary preferences, and food trends
Creativity in menu development and plating
Leadership and team management skills
Understanding of food cost control and inventory management
Passion for health-conscious cuisine and high-quality ingredients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,500.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
