Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Associate will be an integral part of the team’s success.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Undertake the regulatory functions as Finance Officer for a range of regulated financial services firms.
· Provide regulatory finance consultancy services and advice to Trifecta clients.
· Manage several frameworks across a portfolio of clients, including finance and accounting. Such work includes, but is not limited to:
o Preparation of the budget and financial projections of Regulated Entities.
o Regulatory capital and Liquidity compliance monitoring for FSRA and DFSA-regulated entities.
o Preparation and implementation of finance-related policies, procedures, systems and controls.
o Preparation and submission of finance-related reports to the FSRA and DFSA, including the regulatory prudential reports, auditors’ reports, etc.
o Capacity to liaise with regulated entities and external auditors.
o Preparation and reviews of financial statements, accounting and treasury reports.
· Providing finance regulatory compliance training to clients and other employees of Trifecta.
· Provide support to the CFO regarding internal accounting, invoicing and treasury processes.
· Completion of weekly and monthly timesheets to ensure accurate and efficient charging to Trifecta clients.

Education
· An internationally recognised professional qualification.
· A strong academic background, including a degree in a relevant field, including but not limited to Economics/Finance, or equivalent thereof.
Experience
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services in a finance role, with mandatory experience as a Finance Officer at FSRA and/or DFSA.
· The individual should have a solid understanding of the FSRA and DFA regulatory finance framework, financial reporting and accounting standards, and be able to act independently and confidently to develop policy and culture across the Trifecta group.
