RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and decision-making.
Provide regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting process and develop periodic forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and report. • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
Oversee banking relationships and manage cash investment strategies.
Financial Controls and Compliance: Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Coordinate and assist with external audits.
Financial Systems and Processes: Manage and optimize financial systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in financial operations.
Tax Planning and Compliance: Oversee tax planning and ensure timely filing of all required tax returns.
Stay informed about tax laws and regulations affecting the organization.
Financial Strategy and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial perspective on operational issues.
PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Must be well versed in SAP systems.
Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
Written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
