We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive

Finance Officer to join our finance team. This role providesflexibility within the Finance Department by supporting variousfinancial functions including but not limited to processing creditapplications invoicing debt collection Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable general cashiering duties and payrollduties.

As an integral member of our team the Finance Officer will ensure accurate financial transactions andtimely reporting to support the hotelsoperations.

Keys duties include but are notlimited to the following:

Assistingwith weekly payroll processes from processing reviewing andsubmitting for payment to management and statutoryreporting.

Supporting the monthend closingprocess by preparing account reconciliations and assisting withjournal entries.

Helping manage daily cashreceipts including reconciling cash cheques and foreign currencytransactions.

Maintaining accurate records ofcash floats and assisting with monthly cashaudits.

Assisting with invoicing debtcollection and followups as needed.

Providinggeneral support to the Finance team with ad hoc tasks andcompliancerequirements.

Qualifications:

This role is ideal forsomeone with 2 years experience who wants to develop their skillsand gain exposure to various financial processes in a supportiveteamenvironment.
