Signature Pharmacy is scaling across the UK and UAE, and we need someone to take real ownership of our finances — not just keep the books, but question them.
You’ll be the person who:
- Owns our full financial operation across both markets, working alongside our UK and UAE accountants (not replacing them — directing them)
- Builds and runs a proper accounts payable process, so the right people get paid, on time, with the right approvals
- Audits every system and software subscription we pay for — who has access, what it costs, whether we still need it
- Tracks spend against budget and pushes back when we’re overspending — we want a challenger, not a rubber stamp
- Sets up the reporting and controls a scaling, multi-jurisdiction business actually needs
You’ll need to be comfortable working across two regulatory environments (UK and UAE), confident dealing directly with external accountants, and genuinely proactive about finding waste before it finds you.
