Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
Administration and maintenance of Windows servers (Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019) in an on-premise environment , ensuring high availability and performance.
Microsoft 365 infrastructure management, including user, group, and security policy administration.
Automation of tasks and processes using PowerShell to optimize the management of the on-premise environment .
Advanced monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems, identifying and resolving performance, security and availability issues.
Administration of on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
Ensure security best practices are in place, including access control, multi-factor authentication, and security audits.
Level 2 and 3 technical support, including resolution of complex incidents and implementation of improvements.
Collaboration with internal teams for systems integration and on-premise infrastructure management .
Job Experience.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure and PowerShell.
Solid experience with Windows Server systems administration
Advanced knowledge of PowerShell
Familiarity with Cloud Computing solutions, especially Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
Experience in managing users and permissions in Microsoft 365 environments.
Good security and identity management practices
