Job Description:
– Oversee finance and accounting operations across UAE, Italy, and US entities, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, AP/AR, and reporting.
– Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, inventory costing, profitability, and commercial finance.
– Ensure UAE VAT/Corporate Tax, DMCC, audit, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with external accountants and advisors.
– Manage ERP/finance systems, internal controls, and process improvements.
– Provide financial support for HR, IT, Legal & Compliance, General Administration, and report directly to the CEO/Shareholders.
