Job Summary
Galva Coat Industries, a leading UAE manufacturer specializing in street lighting poles, guard rails, and structural steel products, is seeking an experienced and highly capable Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations and support strategic business growth.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in manufacturing finance, cost control, budgeting, banking facilities, and financial management within industrial or steel fabrication environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Monitor manufacturing costs and profitability analysis
- Control inventory valuation and production costing
- Coordinate with banks regarding facilities, LC, LG, and financing
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations
- Develop financial controls, policies, and reporting systems
- Support management with strategic financial analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Monitor KPIs and improve operational financial performance
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of finance and accounting experience
- Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is mandatory
- UAE experience is highly preferred
- Experience in steel fabrication or construction-related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
