Position: Finance Manager in  Construct Domain

We have an urgent requirement for Finance Manager in Construct Domain (must) for one of our clients in Sharjah.

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience with in Construction, Contracting, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Project-Based organizations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials & PPM.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS preferred).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control expertise. Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Construction Domain.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring effective financial management, compliance, and strategic support for organizational growth. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management (PPM), with proven experience in the construction/contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership:
  Drive finance strategies, advise senior management, and support profitability initiatives.
• Financial Reporting:
  Oversee IFRS‑compliant reporting, internal controls, and governance.
• Oracle Fusion Financials:
  Manage GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and integration with Procurement, Projects, and HCM.
• Project Financial Management:
  Oversee project accounting, budgets, cost allocations, and revenue recognition.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling.
• Treasury Management:
  Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Compliance & Audit:
  Ensure IFRS, tax, and governance compliance; lead audits and risk management.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor finance staff, drive accountability, and support talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration; MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA) highly preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials & PPM.
• Experience in construction/contracting/project‑based industries.
• Excellent financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Language:
  English essential, Arabic preferred.
