About the Role Our client in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Financial Control to lead financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial governance in a CBB-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial control framework, internal controls, and accounting governance. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and IFRS reporting. Prepare and submit all CBB regulatory returns and ensure compliance with NBR VAT requirements. Act as primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting. Monitor liquidity, capital adequacy, and financial health indicators. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings. Drive process improvements, automation, and financial system enhancements.
