Job Title: Finance Manager(CFO Level)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PST
Salary Range: 2000-3000 USD/month depending on experience

About The Role
We are seeking a true finance owner to take full ownership of the finance function. This is more than bookkeeping—you’ll lead end-to-end financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and roll up your sleeves when needed. You’ll work closely with leadership while driving automation, efficiency, and accuracy in all finance processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end finance function with oversight of bookkeepers
- Cash flow forecasting and management
- Budget vs actuals tracking and analysis
- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- 3-statement modeling (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Accrual accounting oversight, including depreciation, amortization, and asset schedules
- Optimize ERP (NetSuite or similar) for efficiency and accuracy
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Support leadership in decision-making with actionable insights
- Hands-on execution when needed
Hard Skills Required
- Strong US GAAP knowledge
- Accrual accounting mastery
- FP&A and 3-statement modeling experience
- NetSuite or similar ERP proficiency
- Forecasting and financial modeling expertise
- Advanced Excel and finance system literacy
Soft Skills Required
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Tech-forward and automation mindset
- Clear, concise communication with leadership
- Entrepreneurial and ownership mentality
