Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or financial management, with team leadership experience
- Familiar with international and Chinese accounting standards; experience in multinational or Chinese companies is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and financial software, with strong financial analysis and risk management skills
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive business growth
Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s overall financial management; lead and guide the accounting team in day-to-day operations and financial reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control; regularly analyze budget performance and recommend improvements
- Establish and enhance internal financial controls to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, including investment analysis, cash flow planning, and risk assessment
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax authorities, and banks to ensure smooth coordination
- Continuously optimize financial processes and systems to improve overall finance function and team effectiveness
