We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to lead our Finance function and contribute to the company's continued growth by delivering financial excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, WHT, Zakat, and applicable financial regulations.
- Strengthen internal controls and manage internal and external audit activities.
- Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and working capital.
- Prepare financial feasibility studies and support investment and business planning initiatives.
- Develop and mentor the Finance team while driving continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Previous experience within the Healthcare or Distribution sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Solid understanding of VAT, WHT, and Zakat regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
