Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports to provide accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company meets its financial obligations.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audits.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
- Annual budget process, working closely with department heads to align with strategic goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.
- Support senior management with financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Review payroll and staff settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the hospitality and catering sectors is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations in Qatar
- Proven leadership and communication skills
· Locally available with transferrable VISA shall be preferred.
· Immediately available preferred.
