Job Type – 6 months & extendable
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience
- Hands‑on experience in the KSA public sector budgeting and accounting (preferably with SOCPA or CPA).
- Able to analyse KSA governmental budgets, to reconcile budget breakdowns across different GFS codes, support value‑for‑money analysis by linking spending to outputs, efficiency, outcomes, and public value, and ensure compliance with public‑sector accounting requirements, government financial policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards.
