Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, with opportunities to work both onsite and from home. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, and ensure the company’s financial health and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, developing strategies to optimize financial performance, monitoring cash flow, and collaborating with leadership to align financial goals with the company's strategic objectives. The role also involves managing financial risks and improving overall financial processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Cash Flow Analysis
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Compliance Monitoring, and Risk Management
- Experience with Accounting Software and Financial Modeling
- Exceptional Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable
- Prior experience in a finance management role, particularly within a compliance-oriented industry, is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage tasks independently
